In the second quarter of 2022, the top 5 sandbox-like games on a unified platform in the Czech Republic exhibited diverse trends in weekly downloads, revenue, and active users. Here's a closer look at the performance of each application based on Sensor Tower data.

Roblox saw a significant decline in weekly revenue, dropping from approximately $168K at the start of April to around $44K by the end of June. Weekly downloads varied, peaking at 8.5K in mid-April before falling to about 5.3K in mid-May, and then rising again to 7.1K by late June. The app maintained a high level of weekly active users, starting at approximately 371.7K and ending the quarter at around 405.6K.

Minecraft experienced steady weekly revenue, staying between $6.5K and $8.2K throughout the quarter. Weekly downloads showed minor fluctuations, starting at 541 and reaching a high of 748 in mid-April before stabilizing around the 600s. Active users saw a peak of about 69.2K in mid-April, but declined to approximately 58.3K by the end of June.

ZEPETO: Avatar, Connect & Live had modest weekly revenue, ranging from $335 to $526. The app's weekly downloads showed a notable spike in mid-May, reaching 8.6K, before settling around 2.4K to 2.7K towards the end of the quarter. Weekly active users saw a peak of 27.1K in mid-May, but gradually decreased to about 20.3K by the end of June.

PK XD: Fun, friends & games maintained a relatively stable weekly revenue, fluctuating between $200 and $445. However, downloads saw a dramatic decrease from 20K at the start of April to around 1K by the end of June. Active users followed a similar trend, starting at approximately 83.4K and declining to about 34.7K by the end of the quarter.

IMVU: 3D Avatar Creator & Chat showed consistent weekly revenue, varying between $140 and $273. Weekly downloads remained low, ranging from 72 to 155. Active users saw a slight decline over the quarter, starting at 2.4K and ending at around 2.1K.
